Warsaw Book Fair zones
A novelty at the 9th Warsaw Book fair will be thematic zones dedicated to crime and phantasy literature, pop culture and mountains. These zones will be the venues for meetings with authors, talks and workshops. The zones will allow locating all the special programmes and events in one place – easy to find for avid readers and fans of the selected literary genres, at the same time creating additional opportunities for publishers to present authors and their books to their audiences.
The crime fiction zone will host such authors as: Katarzyna Bonda, Remigiusz Mróz, Katarzyna Puzyńska, Wojciech Chmielarz, Vincent V. Severski, Tomasz Sekielski, Olga Rudnicka, Aneta Jadowska, Ryszard Ćwirlej, Grzegorz Kalinowski, Marta Guzowska, as well as Chris Carter and Graham Masterton. A special programme for kids and young adults has also been prepared. The events in the zone will be crowned with the "Złoty Pocisk" [the Golden Bullet] award ceremony. Partner of the zone – "Pocisk" magazine.
A highlight in the Fair's programme is the phantasy zone. Wegner, Andrzej Pilipiuk, Rafał Kosik, Aneta Jadowska, Marta Kisiel-Małecka, Tomasz Kołodziejczak, Marcin Mortka, Ewa Białołęcka, Marta Krajewska, as well as Alwyn Hamilton and Peadar Ó Guilin.
