Third edition of Warsaw Book Fair
Dear Sir or Madam,
As you have decided to participate in the Warsaw Book Fair organised on 10–13 May 2012, we would like to provide you with the information regarding the organization of work during the Fair.
Please note that you can collect your Exhibitor Passes on 9 May 2012 from 12 noon in the Fair Office
Organization of Work at the Fair:
Periods of assembling and disassembling stands on the Fair grounds.

Exhibitors’ Evening Gala
A) The Exhibitors’ Evening Gala will be held on 10 May 2012 in the Warsaw Philharmonic, ul. Jasna 5 (Chamber Music Hall, entry from Moniuszki Street), at 7.30 p.m.
B) An invitation to the Exhibitors’ Evening is valid for one person.
C) Exhibitors who submit the registry fee and purchase exhibition area at the Fair are entitled to the following number of invitations:
- stand up to 20 sq.m – 2 single invitations
- stand from 21 to 40 sq.m – 4 single invitations
- stand over 40 sq.m – 6 single invitations
D) Each additional single invitation to the Exhibitors’ Evening is subject to a fee. The cost for 1 additional invitation is 125 PLN + VAT.
Dance Evening
A) The Dance Evening is an informal meeting of the Exhibitors at the Warsaw Book Fair. It will be held on 11 May 2012 in the Primate’s Palace in Warsaw, ul. Senatorska 13/15, at 8 p.m..
B) An invitation to the Dance Evening is valid for one person.
C) Exhibitors are entitled to the following number of invitations (depending on the purchased exhibition area at the Fair):
- stand up to 20 sq.m – 2 single invitations
- stand from 21 to 40 sq.m – 4 single invitations
- stand over 40 sq.m – 5 single invitations
Each additional single invitation to the Dance Evening is subject to a fee. The cost for 1 additional invitation is 70 PLN + VAT.
Car Park at the PKiN
Entry by car onto the grounds administered by the Management, including entry to the inner courtyards is subject to a fee. The car park fees are overseen and collected by the Parking Department of the PKiN Management, in accordance with the pricelist of car park services.
Customer Service is open from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. with a break between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. (tel. +48 22 656 63 49)
The Car Park Technical Service (Punkt Obsługi Technicznej Parkingu) is open 24 hours a day. It is located near Marszałkowska Street and the main entrance to the Palace, next to the old parade stand, tel. +48 22 656 71 62).
Please note: At the Car park Technical Service you can receive the receipt, should you forget to take it from the automatic payment machine. You should ask for the receipt after making the payment for the parking ticket but before leaving the car park. Once you leave the car park the ticket no longer contains the information necessary for issuing the document.
IMPORTANT: Please remember that all due payments must be made before the Fair.
If you have made the full payment, please present the payment confirmation in the Fair Office while registering at the Fair.
If you have not made the full payment, please pay the remaining amount and present the confirmation of payment at the Fair Office.
